We collect the information needed to operate customer accounts, respond to inquiries, process WhatsApp checkout requests, and manage coupon rewards.

Account, wishlist, order, contact, and analytics data are stored in Supabase with row-level security policies. Admin access is role-restricted.

Customers can contact Medology to request updates or deletion of their account information where legally permitted.
